We remember seeing Peter Frampton at Anaheim.

And meeting The Man With The Golden Hair and then-girlfriend Penny McCall backstage.

And what a stunner she was.

This was when “Frampton Comes Alive” came alive and sold millions.

Peter Frampton was and still is a brilliant guitarist and underrated as hell.

Now, it looks as if “Frampton Was Dead” might be a more apt title.

We have always had grave doubts about artists being paid for “digital sales.”

The maths don’t work out.

Royalties and payments in cyberspace are fraught with grey areas.

It’s a law of the lawless.

Do you honestly think “entertainment lawyers” can help?

They are fucking expensive and even more fucking useless.

Music companies are still working with 3-4 decades old artists contracts and when “digital” meant wing-dang-doo.

And now it’s come to bite Peter Frampton on his ass.
