Over the past few months, we’ve been thinking about the Happy Wednesday experience, brand, international melting pot, and constantly evolving entertainment product at Happy Valley Racecourse.
More precisely, we’re intrigued by something a musician-producer from the UK asked us: If there was a play or, remember “concept album” called “Happy Wednesday: The Musical”, what would it be about. Well, that depends on the story, the characters and who the audience for the musical would be.
But without a plot to work with, below are twelve songs that we believe capture the mood and personality of Happy Wednesday- the people, the horse racing, the Beer Garden, an evening at the venue Adrenaline, and all the interactivity that takes place in this very special and magical place in the oasis that is Happy Valley Racecourse in Hong Kong which is surrounded by towering skyscrapers looking down on everything going on down below…
