Sure you’ve seen this story from the SMH about Peter V’landys taking legal action against his neighbours’ plans to extend their house.
What the story doesn’t say is that the neighbour Melanie Dive is one of his own employees! She works in the accounts/finance section of Racing NSW.
It will be interesting to see how this develops because she has a little evidence of a personal nature that doesn’t portray V’landys in the most flattering light.
It also doesn’t explain why V’landys has been using the Racing NSW in-house lawyer to do his conveyancing and Land & Environment Court appearances up until now – or, for that matter, why the head of IT at Racing NSW has spent so much time wiring the motel that V’landys has purchased on the South Coast.
