We have no idea where and when it all started, but the cat fights between Sir Elton John and Lady Madonna have escalated over the past few years.
The last BIG nock-out blow was when Sir took the Lady to task for miming at her so-called ‘live’ shows.
Last week, he called her the dreaded C word.
