Two of Hong Kong’s future superstars step out on Tuesday’s New Year Day. This is when John Size’s Real Specialist and John Moore’s Packing OK clash in the Chinese Challenge Cup.
The latter has disappointed its followers at its last two starts, especially on International Day, but trainer John Moore is no fool and must have the horse ready, willing and able to take out the 1400 metre race.
As for Real Specialist, it has lived up to its name and is a proven specialist over this distance.
We really can’t see the winner of this race being any other horse and will take this as a good quinella bet.
